How to show hidden files & folders

Sometimes due to some virus effect the folder option in the tool menu is disabled which may even lead you to format your computer....now what to do?

File or Windows explorer in windows is a very powerful tool and a lot of customizations can be done with it. Below is another customization which can be done using a file explorer on Windows but before that lets see what's a file explorer is -

Here is a quick and easy solution to this problem -

1. Go to start, open run box.

2. Type regedit in the run box.

3. Click ok.

4. Click to local_machine.

5. Then go to software.

6. Then Microsoft.

7. Then windows.

8. Then current version.

9. Then explorer.

10. Then advanced.

11. Then folder.

12. Then hidden.

13. Then show all.

14. Then in check value box type 1 in place of 0....to show hidden files and folders....

Restart the machine and after the restart this problem should be fixed.
