System center configuration manager technical preview 3 is out,
This release adds the following additional capabilities:

- Schedule and run the WSUS clean up task from the Configuration Manager console

SCCM Technet Details
lets try to install the build & see what are the additions made.
The process of installation of SCCM TP3 is same as SCCM 2012/2012 R2.
For this installation i am using :-
1. Windows Server 2012 R2 (Standard)
2. SQL Server 2014
3. WADK 10
4. SCCM 2016 TP3
So, lets proceed with the installation -
Roles & Feature Installation
Create a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine & join it to your active directory domain.
Start with the installation of IIS Role, Check Web Server (IIS) & click Next -
Check "Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)" & Scroll down
Check "Remote Differential Compression" & Click on Next -
For IIS Role services install following IIS Features -

Click on Install -
Click Close to end the Wizard -

Install a SQL instance, here i have a default instance of SQL 2014 -

WADK10 Installation
With ADK 10 we get some new features like "Imaging and configuration Designer (ICD)" & "Flashing Tools". Check the below mentioned features & click on Install

Once the installation is done click on Close to end the wizard
Schema Extension
If you have installed SCCM 2007/2012/2012 R2 before in your environment you must be having Schema extended. Once the schema is extended, you need to delegate control of the SCCM Server in the System Management Container.

SCCM TP3 Installation
After the schema is extended, Click on "Splash.HTA" from SCCM Bits to begin the installation
Click on Install
Go through the instructions & click on Next
Install the Configuration Manager Primary Site, We can see rest of the features are greyed out since it's a technical preview build.
Accept the EULA & click on Next
Accept the EULA again & click on Next
Provide a path were SCCM can download the updates.
Provide a site code & site name, Click on Next to Continue.
Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) & Usage Data is a new window that we get in this build it was not present in SCCM 2012/2012 R2 builds. Click Next to continue.
This is another new wizard that we get with this build. Now, you can connect SCCM to Microsoft Cloud services which can let you know if there is a new update available.
Check the Database settings (we have SQL instance installed on the same server).
Check the path to SQL data & Click on Next to Continue
Check SMS Provider FQDN & Click on Next to Continue
Select "Configure the communication method on each site system role" & click on Next
We are installing MP & DP on the same server
Go through the summary & click on Next
There are 2 Warning -
1. WSUS on site server - WSUS will be installed later.
2. Verify Site server permissions to publish to Active Directory - All the permissions are granted so, we can ignore this warning & proceed with the installation, Click on Begin Install to proceed with the installation.
Once the core setup is completed, Click on Close to end the wizard.
Now, After the install the first thing to notice is the UI is not Changed :( I was expecting a change in the UI. Microsoft made huge UI change from SCCM 2003 to SCCM 2007 then from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012 but no change in UI till this build of SCCM 2016.
The other thing to notice is, the installation of "Cloud Connection Point" Role with this SCCM Build.
